HOW TO USE: Remove the hood and top stone from your pizza oven. Align the indent in the bottom of the smoker with the back tab in the oven body and place the smoker on top of the bottom stone. Use your shovel to place 2-3 scoops of wood pellets into the reservoir created by the smoker and the stone. Replace the hood and cook as normal.
